I ordered four lots of sock yarns via their website . I have received goods within four days. I am living a village in Turkey. It is such a disappointment to open the packs to find out only one lot is a proper sock yarn- 75% superwash wool and 25% polyamid- others are not . They advertise 100% acrylic yarn, microfibre yarn as a sock yarn, they had just to put sock yarn stickers on the original label to send me. I have paid the sock yarn price to cheap yarns. I sent them a email , received no response. I tried to phone them several times no respond... At that point, I realised that even I had returned the goods Ice Yarns is not going to reimburse me. I'm quite disgusted with their unethical, unprofessional approach. I am really sad as a Turkish citizen that this Turkish company operates under Ice Yarn or Yun Cenneti. I really would strongly recommend NOT using them, Please avoid them at all costs.

Not worth ordering. I’m still waiting for my wool after 6 weeks. Various excuses Christmas/Covid/Brexit except the order was sent out from Turkey at the start of December. Tracking doesn’t even show it’s been received in the UK yet!! I’m told to contact them again in February. Having to cancel my knitting order from my customer now - very embarrassing - so if/when the wool does arrive it will be superfluous to requirements. Poor service wouldn’t recommend

They cheated! They ask for duty but don't pay! That's why I had to pay the duty twice! (2X~150$) They do not respond to emails...

I was pretty nervous about buying from this site, but for the price, I decided it was worth a try. I ordered 400g sock yarn, on the same day I placed an order from a US-based seller on Etsy. 6 days later, my order from Ice Yarns was on my doorstep, the one mailed in the US was not! Such a pleasant surprise. I tested the yarn and it was most definitely wool (I had been worried that for the price it may not be) and the swatch I knitted was one of the softest sock yarns I have tried in a long time. Overall I am thoroughly happy with my experience and am wondering where I can fit in more yarn storage for all the cheap yarn I can now buy.
